About Lindsey

After working in several clinical settings, including being the former Clinical Director of Monte Nido and Affiliates, I have dedicated myself to my private practice, where I am privileged to see individuals, couples and families. While I open my doors to all, I am especially passionate about helping women through difficult life transition, and helping couples communicate more effectively, and finding their way back to one another.

My style may be a bit untraditional. I enjoy the collaborative experience in therapy, and creating a strong therapeutic relationship is important in my work. The relational aspect of therapy is where I believe the healing begins. I enjoy being real with my clients. I enjoy walking together on the path of exploration and change. It is also not uncommon for laughter to find its way into the room!

I love helping people understand the things that are holding them back with a collaborative and eclectic approach. After recognizing underlying problems, you can fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.

Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, an eating disorder, or relationship issues, I hope you know that it can get better. Reaching out for support can be intimidating, but your courage has taken you this far! I would love to meet with you to learn more about your specific needs and goals.
